In this lab, students will learn how to use a compound light microscope and a dissecting microscope, as well as how to prepare slides of plant cells and beneficial and phytopathogenic microbes. This lab will also conduct microscopic examinations of various plant microcomponents and other tiny organisms. This lab will cover practical portions of various courses, such as Plant Physiology and Plant Biodiversity.
